Senior technical writer

Defined and wrote network support, kernel tuning, and fault diagnosis procedures and work instructions for the CAFE project. Worked with technical support staff from various parts of Telecom to specify network architecture.

Front end development platform allowing the development of software to integrate various Telecom functional back-end systems into seamless applications.

Technical environment

UNIX servers with Windows clients; Datacraft protocol converters; PROGRESS database; proprietary traffic management software.
