Responsibilities
Led a team of three writers producing user manuals for the corporate information system, tying together production, sales, and finance systems. Analysed documentation requirements and software under development, designed structure and format of documentation, wrote documentation in Word Perfect. Reviewed and edited on-line help for Ingres database and provided feedback to developers on overall system usability.
